Armadura

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026.

In short: we only ask for the information we need to answer your request. We do not sell it, we do not send advertising without your consent, and this site does not use cookies.

Who processes your data

Armadura d.o.o., Ul. Magnolija bb, 85330 Kotor, Montenegro.
Phone / WhatsApp / Viber: +382 69 267 015

What we collect

When you send a request through the site: company name, tax ID (PIB), venue name, municipality, first and last name, phone number, your message, the page language and the topic of the request (e.g. tasting or package).

When you send an order through the order form: the same details, delivery address, a note and the selected products with quantities.

If you message us on WhatsApp or Viber, those apps also process the message under their own privacy rules.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare an offer, arrange a tasting or delivery, and run our business relationship with you. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.

The basis for processing is your request (steps prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to business partners.

Who else has access

Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts the site and receives form submissions on our behalf, so data may be stored on servers outside Montenegro.

GoatCounter counts visits (see below).

Apart from them, only Armadura staff who need it for your request can see your data, and our accountant once the relationship moves to contracts and invoices.

Visit statistics without cookies

To know how many people visit the site, in which language and which buttons they use, we use GoatCounter. It sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses and records only totals (e.g. “40 visits today, 12 clicks on tasting”). It cannot be used to identify an individual visitor.

This site does not use cookies. The only thing it remembers in your browser is the language you chose, and that stays on your device.

How long we keep data

Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Customer data is kept for as long as we work together and as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Just contact us using the details above. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can file a complaint with Montenegro’s Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.

Changes

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
