Frequently asked questions

Everything hospitality businesses ask us most often

Delivery, payment, getting started, products with your logo… Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t among them, give us a call. The number where we always pick up.

Where can I get everything a café, restaurant or hotel in the Bay of Kotor needs?

From us, in one place. Armadura is a wholesaler from Kotor supplying hospitality venues from Herceg Novi to Budva: espresso coffee, paper products (napkins, paper towels, toilet paper), food and drink packaging, hygiene and cleaning products. Instead of five suppliers you have one phone number, one order, one delivery and one invoice, so you can focus on your guests.

Do you work with new venues, and how do we get started?

Of course, and gladly. The easiest way is to call us and arrange a short meeting at your venue, or send us an enquiry through the website. Tell us what kind of venue you run and what you need, and we will prepare a proposal of 5 to 10 products that venues like yours order most often. Once we agree, we start: for new clients the first invoice is paid in advance, and after that we work on the terms we agree together.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum invoice amount is €30. That way even small, everyday orders arrive without complications, and you don’t have to stockpile.

How and when do you deliver?

We bring the goods to your venue. Kotor and Tivat: every working day; what you order by 12:00 arrives the same day, later orders the next day. Budva: Tuesdays and Fridays, with orders by 12:00 the day before. Herceg Novi: Wednesdays, with orders by Tuesday 12:00. If you are not sure when to order, just give us a call.

What if I urgently need something or forget to order in time?

It happens to everyone. For invoices over €150 extra delivery is free. For smaller amounts, extra delivery costs €5 to Budva and €10 to Herceg Novi. You can also collect the goods from our warehouse on working days until 12:00. Call us and we’ll find the fastest way.

Can I collect the goods myself?

Yes. Our warehouse is at PC Riviera, Lješevići Industrial Zone, Kotor. Collection is possible on working days until 12:00. Please let us know before you come so we can have your goods ready.

How do I pay, and what are the payment terms?

We issue invoices with VAT, and payment is by bank transfer only. For new clients the first invoice is paid in advance, and payment terms for later deliveries are agreed individually with each client, according to the pace of your business.

Can I get products with my venue’s logo?

Yes, and we recommend it, because guests remember the details. We can produce sugar sachets, honey, biscuits, teaspoons, toothpicks, napkins, pizza boxes and paper bags with your logo. Send us an enquiry with the products you are interested in, and we will prepare an offer with all the details: minimum quantities, prices and expected production time.

Do you provide dispensers for paper towels and toilet paper?

Yes. We provide dispensers for Central Carta paper free of charge on loan, for as long as you buy your paper from us. That way your restrooms and bar fit into one tidy system, with no extra investment.

Do I get an espresso machine with the coffee?

Once we agree to work together and sign a coffee supply agreement, we provide the espresso machine and grinder on loan. Before that, you can taste the coffee for free, at your venue, on the machine you already have. Read more on the page Espresso coffee for hospitality.

How do we prepare for the season?

In good time, ideally. We agree supply for the 2027 season by 30 April, so that coffee, machine, paper and packaging arrive in one delivery before you open, and you start the season ready and without the rush.

Why do you ask for a tax ID (PIB) with an enquiry?

We send offers only to registered hospitality businesses, so the tax ID (PIB) helps us know who we are talking to and send you the right terms. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry.

Which languages can we work in?

Our website, catalogue and offers are available in Montenegrin, English, Russian and Turkish, so you and your staff can get all the information in the language that suits you best.
